Layout & Kitchen
Second Opinion
Review how your proposed layout will work before approving drawings or ordering cabinetry, furniture and appliances.
Scope and fixed fee agreed before work starts. Your enquiry carries no payment commitment.

For a plan you already have.
A focused independent review for one room or one kitchen. Useful when you have a supplier layout or existing design and want to assess circulation, storage and everyday use before committing.
What you receive.
- Review of one supplied layout for one agreed room or kitchen.
- Comments on circulation, storage, furniture or appliance relationships and opening conflicts.
- An annotated copy of the supplied plan and a written priorities list.
- One presentation call of up to 45 minutes.
- One consolidated round of clarification on the comments.
Information that makes the review useful.
Provide the plan, key dimensions, photographs and the furniture or appliance specifications you want to retain. The review identifies where missing information or site verification prevents a reliable conclusion.
Review first. Redesign if needed.
A written proposal confirms the fixed fee and delivery date. The package reviews the supplied layout; new design options, construction drawings, 3D renderings, additional rooms and further revisions are separately scoped.
Final dimensions must be verified on site before fabrication or ordering. Structural changes, specialist engineering, electrical design, accessibility certification and permit approvals require the appropriate professionals.
Before commissioning
What shapes your fee?
The supplied layout, agreed room or kitchen and completeness of dimensions and specifications determine suitability. Any redesign, extra room or new visualisation is identified and priced separately.
Start with a short enquiry. You receive a written scope and fee before deciding whether to commission the work.
